Brrrrrr!

First off, thanks to everyone who braved the chill on Saturday in Oxford to come out and see us at The Vintage Furniture Flea.  Shoppers were rosy cheeked and swathed in scarves as we were kept warm and well fed thanks to Pear of Peas‘ amazing cakes and bacon sandwiches.  The hall for the Oxford flea is a lovely venue, with wonderful circular skylights filling the hall with light even on a nippy day, and the place was bursting with vintage treasures from the likes of JAMS Ironworks and Whittaker & Gray, as well as little old us – there will be more Oxford events in the new year, so if you couldn’t make it this time, try again in 2016!

So, with one November market under our belt we will be spending this week getting ready for our second, at The East London Furniture Flea in Bethnal Green on Sunday 29th.  This is also our LAST market for this year, so let’s make it a belter!  Keep an eye on our Facebook page to see what delights we’re bringing this time; as more items get finished over the week we’ll be putting photos up on there.  But I’ll give you a clue – not just one, but TWO Ercol daybeds will be loaded up and heading down the M4, along with these….

Help us see the year out with a bang (I’ve also been assured that as well as the best cakes you’ve ever had, there will also be hot cider available.  If that’s not reason enough to come, then I’m not sure we can be friends…)

See you in London, baby!
